Currently the firm is seeking U.S. equity investment opportunities for Aslan Realty Partners IV, L.L.C., a fully-discretionary office, retail, and industrial fund; Transwestern Multifamily Partners, L.L.C., a $226 million fully-discretionary apartment fund; and U.S. mezzanine opportunities for Transwestern Mezzanine Realty Partners III, L.L.C., a fully-discretionary fund. In addition, the firm now manages public real estate securities through its Transwestern Securities Management subsidiary.
