Bradley S. Beile is a Managing Director of Transwestern Investment Company, L.L.C. Mr. Beile’s primary responsibilities at Transwestern include originating debt and equity capital, managing institutional partner relationships, and portfolio management. Since joining the firm in 1998, Mr. Beile has closed over $5 billion of financings of office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties in the portfolio.
Previously, Mr. Beile was Vice President of Heller Financial, Inc. (1993-1998) where he was responsible for originating equity investments and fixed-rate loans throughout the Midwest. Prior to that, he was an Asset Manager at VMS Realty Partners, L.P. (1986-1992) where he was responsible for various office, hotel, multifamily, and retail properties throughout the U.S.
Mr. Beile earned his BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa and his MBA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and Real Estate Investment Advisory Council and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois.
