Joseph P. Concepcion is a Managing Director of Transwestern Investment Company, L.L.C. Mr. Concepcion is responsible for providing asset management services for a portion of Transwestern's office and industrial portfolio in the Eastern U.S.
Prior to joining Transwestern in 1998, Mr. Concepcion was a Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Accountant with The John Buck Company where he was responsible for property management and financial reporting for a one million square foot office portfolio in Chicago's CBD. Previously, Mr. Concepcion was an auditor with Crowe, Chizek & Company where he was responsible for financial audits of financial institutions, automobile dealerships, and manufacturing companies.
Mr. Concepcion is a graduate of DePaul University, a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society.
