Daniel A. Deuter is a Senior Vice President of Transwestern. Mr. Deuter is responsible for originating, negotiating, and closing property acquisitions on the East Coast, from Boston to South Florida. Over the past three years he has directed the acquisition of $260 million of office properties in the Pacific Northwest and the Midwest.
Prior to joining Transwestern in 2000, Mr. Deuter was a Senior Associate at Arthur Andersen LLP where he was responsible for a wide range of real estate valuation and consulting projects, specializing in income-producing office, retail, and industrial properties for investment advisory clients.
Mr. Deuter earned his BS Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Illinois. Mr. Deuter is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
