Daniel A. Deuter is a Senior Vice President of Transwestern Investment Company, L.L.C. Mr. Deuter is responsible for originating, negotiating, and closing property acquisitions on the East Coast, with a particular focus on Washington, DC and Boston. Since 2004, he has has directed the acquisition of $450 million of office properties in the Pacific Northwest, Midwest and Southeast.
Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Mr. Deuter was a Senior Associate at Arthur Andersen LLP where he was responsible for a wide range of real estate valuation and consulting projects, specializing in income-producing office, retail, and industrial properties for investment advisory clients.
Mr. Deuter earned his BS Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Illinois. Mr. Deuter is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
