Carl L. Groner is a Senior Vice President of Transwestern Investment Company, L.L.C. with primary responsibility for office and industrial property transactions in the Western Region.
Prior to joining Transwestern in 2004, Mr. Groner was a Senior Vice President of VEF Advisors, formerly part of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. In his capacity as regional director of capital transactions, Mr. Groner completed acquisition and development transactions totaling over $1 billion in value.
Mr. Groner, a Chartered Financial Analyst, received his Bachelors degree from UC Berkeley, where he was a California Alumni Leadership Scholar, and received his Masters degree from the University of Southern California, where he was a Dean's Merit Scholar. Mr. Groner is a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and CFA Institute.
