Andrew J. Hess is a Senior Vice President of Transwestern Investment Company, L.L.C. Mr. Hess is responsible for providing ownership representation services for a portion of the company's office portfolio, including establishing a strategic direction for individual assets and implementing these strategies through management, leasing, marketing, and capital programs. Mr. Hess joined the firm as a Senior Associate in 1999 and has performed various roles within the Acquisition, Due Diligence and Portfolio Management Groups.
Mr. Hess earned a BBA in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Hess is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
