Kevin T. Hites is a Managing Director for Transwestern Investment Company, L.L.C. and is responsible for the Western region property acquisition activities.
Since joining the firm in 1999, Mr. Hites has acquired over $1.2 billion in real estate on behalf of the Aslan series of funds. Previously, Mr. Hites was an Associate with ING Clarion Partners (formerly Jones Lang Wootton Realty Advisors) in New York, where he was involved in acquisitions in the Southeast and Southwest regions. In addition, Mr. Hites worked in Morgan Stanley Dean Witter's Real Estate Investment Banking Group in New York.
Mr. Hites earned his AB degree in Business Economics at Brown University and his MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
