Timothy E. McChesney is a Managing Director of Transwestern Investment Company, L.L.C. Mr. McChesney is primarily responsible for asset management and development of office product in the Midwest and Western U.S. Since joining the firm in 1998, Mr. McChesney has directed dispositions totaling over $800 million.
Prior to joining the Investment Company, Mr. McChesney was Manager of Corporate Real Estate for 3Com Corporation, where he was involved in acquisition, disposition and leasing of corporate, domestic and international office and manufacturing facilities. Previously, Mr. McChesney worked in development and asset management with Metropolitan Structures and was a structural engineer with Skidmore, Owings and Merrill.
Mr. McChesney earned a BS and Master in Architecture/Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
