Judy McMahan is a Senior Vice President of Transwestern Realty Finance Partners, L.L.C. Ms. McMahan is responsible for investment origination and asset management activities in the Eastern Region.
Prior to the formation of Transwestern Realty Finance, Ms. McMahan was with MONY Realty Capital for 12 years where she was Regional Vice President-Southeast responsible for originating senior loans, B-Notes and mezzanine investments for various clients and for managing a $400 million debt portfolio. Ms. McMahan was also a member of the asset management group responsible for the repositioning and sale of $2.4 billion in real estate for MONY Life. Ms. McMahan began her career at MONY in 1989 in the internal audit group, responsible for operational and financial audits of the company’s real estate and insurance functions, and in 1994 joined the real estate division.
Ms. McMahan earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Business) degree from the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada. She is a member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) and Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).
