Gregory D. Schott, is a Senior Vice President of Transwestern. Mr. Schott’s primary responsibilities at Transwestern include the acquisition, development and asset management of retail properties.
Previously, Mr. Schott was Vice President of Development with Joseph Freed and Associates LLC where he was involved in the development of retail and mixed-use projects in excess of $1 billion. Prior to that, Mr. Schott was an acquisitions officer with LaSalle Investment Management where he was involved with retail acquisitions totaling over $200 million.
Mr. Schott earned a BS in Economics from DePaul University, an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University and an MBA from The University of Chicago. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute.
