Mark K. Witt is a Managing Director of Transwestern Realty Finance Partners, L.L.C. Mr. Witt is responsible for investment origination and asset management activities in the Central Region.
Prior to joining Transwestern Realty Finance, Mr. Witt was with MONY Realty Capital since 1998 and prior to that with the Travelers Group for 15 years. During his career, he has been involved in all aspects of real estate investment management, including loan originations, workouts, equity acquisitions and asset management.
Mr. Witt received a Masters of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance from DePaul University in Chicago and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Western Michigan University. Mr. Witt serves on a national forum of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), is a member of Real Estate Lenders Association (RELA), and an associate member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
