Transwestern Multifamily Partners, L.L.C. (“TMP”) is a fully discretionary, institutional equity fund and the firm's exclusive vehicle for multifamily investments. TMP had its final capital closing in July 2007 with total commitments of $226 million. TMP invests in multifamily assets with attractive income growth potential and anticipates a holding for each investment of five to seven years. To enhance total returns, TMP also selectively targets value-added and development opportunities. The current TMP portfolio includes seven properties and two development projects aggregating 2,600 units.
